Catalysis consortium

Shifts in the geopolitical and economic environment continue to influence the availability, structure and timing of opportunities across jurisdictions, bringing forward transactions that require coordination across parties, sources of capital and areas of expertise, together with a considered approach to engagement, execution and risk. In this context, opportunities tend to arise in forms that benefit from a coherent approachand from a single, aligned interface in engagement with the administration, counterparties and intermediaries.
Catalysis is a consortium of independent firms formed by RoseCourt Holdings LLC, Centroide Investment LLC and Radices Consulting SLU, acting together under a standing framework in relation to such opportunities. The consortium reflects an established working relationship between its members and provides a structured basis through which they engage as a coordinated group, combining their respective experience, relationships and access in circumstances where alignment supports the advancement of a transaction. Catalysis therefore serves as the point through which its members act collectively in engagement with third parties.
Through Catalysis, its members originate, assess, structure and execute opportunities of a commercial and strategic nature. This includes the identification and introduction of transactions, engagement with relevant stakeholders, development of transaction structures and coordination of participants through the course of execution. Engagement is conducted with high level figures, state entities, private counterparties and financial participants as required by the nature of each opportunity, with Catalysis acting as the coordinating interface through which discussions are progressed and transactions are advanced.
The consortium operates on a transaction-specific basis, with opportunities introduced by one or more members and considered collectively, and with participation determined in light of the requirements of each opportunity, including the roles to be performed and the resources to be deployed. One member may lead engagement in relation to a particular matter and act as the principal point of contact, ensuring continuity in discussions and clarity in execution, while responsibilities and economic participation are determined separately in each case. In this way, Catalysis functions as a coordinated group, engaging across sectors through a consistent framework while adapting its approach to the circumstances of each opportunity.
